Fear Not

How do the powerful, elite, and educated among us wield so much power and keep the minions under control?

They are so controlling that they can tell us to believe extreme, radical, and irrational nonsense that a child could identify as false. And yet this current world, in general, lives under a cloud of lies and misinformation, oftentimes with no resistance and no questions asked. Many would suggest they secure this power with money and bribes.

These do play a large role, but the real method, even when using money, is through fear.
Fear is not some new idea or strategy as history is full of examples of the wicked and sinful man using this tool to control, dominate, and eliminate untold millions of people.
Today, in America we see this happening in ways that we never expected to see and from our government. For the world, it is under the control of Satan who is a liar, thief, and murderer. And yet so blind is this world that they cannot see the forest for the trees. Why? Because the evil one has blinded them and because they love the darkness rather than the light.
“The fear of man brings a snare,  but whoever trusts in the Lord shall be safe.”
Proverbs 29:25

The good news is that Jesus has overcome evil, death, and the world.

As a result of this, throughout scripture, God tells us to, “fear not.”
Those who seek to spread fear among us do so for their benefits and welfare. These people are neither honest nor transparent. They may have the power to corrupt our laws, courts, and communities, but they do not have any say-so in the final judgment.
“And I say to you, my friends, do not be afraid of those who kill the body, and after that have no more that they can do. But I will show you whom you should fear; Fear Him who, after He has killed, has power to cast into hell; yes, I say to you, fear Him!”
Luke 12:4,5
I am well aware that when faced with threats, censorship, loss of income, medical care, and even food, the temptation to fear the loss of these things and go with the flow can be very hard to overcome. After all, when did going to the Dr. or grocery store suddenly become so political? It did so when wicked people grabbed power that never belonged to them in the first place or corrupted their positions of authority and privilege.
Now, like never before in the world, we can see the kingdom of Satan at work everywhere we look. He seeks to force this world into a one-world government controlling everything and everyone.
Christians today are often so fearful of being rejected by a lost culture that we are willing to compromise with the Devil himself in order to be accepted and not rock the boat. Not only does our Lord expect us to get out of the boat in faith but to stand on and speak up for truth.

We are to come out from among them and be separate.

We are not to allow the fear of man where the fear of God belongs.
If we hold on to this world and this life in order to have temporary safety and peace we will in the end suffer much greater harm at the judgment. Not to mention the harm that is done to billions of others who suffer, oftentimes with no voice at all.

Speak up, Truth Matters!

“Are not five sparrows sold for two copper coins? And not one of them is forgotten before God. But the very hairs of your head are all numbered. Do not fear therefore; you are of more value than many sparrows.”
Luke 12:6,7
