The Law of Attraction & Truth

the law of attraction and truth

Do I believe the law of attraction is compatible with God`s truth? No. But what if none of our dreams come true? What if nothing we dreamed about or desired deep within ever becomes our reality?

Are we somehow misfortunate victims? Is God withholding something from me? Is it fair that different people have different outcomes, or do we, as gods, control our present and future? Were we not instructed in “the law of attraction” that we could have, be, or do anything and everything we want?

Doesn`t the world tell us that we deserve this or that?

Is it because we were so greedy to make our dreams come true that we blindly followed anyone who confirmed this sad deception as reality? Of course, there is truth sprinkled in, but always for the same greedy goals and achievements. As do our dreams, the goal becomes an obsession, and God is seen as some supporting actor in our play.

Alice Bailey wrote:

“Promote other faiths to be at par with Christianity, and break this thing about Christianity as being the only way to heaven, by that Christianity will be pulled down and other faiths promoted.” She said, “promote the importance of man in determining his future and destiny” – HUMANISM. “Tell a man he has the right to choose what he wants to be and he can make it happen, he has the right to
determine his cause.”

The Apostle Paul under the inspiration of the Holy Spirit wrote;

“Now godliness with contentment is great gain. For we brought nothing into this world, and it is certain we can carry nothing out. And having food and clothing, with these we shall be content. But those who desire to be rich fall into temptation and a snare, and into many foolish and harmful lusts which drown men in destruction and perdition. For the love of money is a root of all kinds of evil…”

1 Timothy 5:6-10

God, not man is in control. God, not man is the Creator who gives life and made all things. Satan is a liar and deceives us into thinking we can have whatever we want as though we are gods.

“All things were created through him, and apart from him not one thing was created that has been created.”

John 1:3

“-the God who gives life to the dead and calls things into existence that do not exist.”

Romans4:17

This law of attraction is tied to the freemasons who use man`s desire for more to lead them into a satanic religion. Watch this video which is more than enough proof for anyone who doubts what is going on all around us in plain sight.

One true gospel

Because there is only one true gospel (Galatians 1:6-9), all others are, by default, false gospels, and they are many. Satan is most deceptive and relentless with his attack on Christianity. He has promoted every kind of cultural imitation of the real thing that appeals to the lust of the flesh, the eyes, and the pride of life.

It is only authentic Christianity that Satan fears because our King is our ruler, and He is the King of kings and Lord of lords. No authority on heaven or earth can stand apart from His will. He is God and is sovereign no matter what the nations say or do.

He created all things for Himself, and nothing is outside of His sovereign will. And God-

“works all things together for good, to those who love him, who are the called according to His purpose.”

Romans 8:28

The notion that you and I can have and be whatever we want gives far more credit than we deserve and power we do not have.

We willingly forget that while God gave man dominion over the earth, we are still limited. Not only that, but Satan came in and tempted man, and we fell. Now Satan has set up his kingdom on planet earth.

The earth and its system sit in the lap of the evil one, and he sways them as he wills. After the fall, sin became man`s new nature.

And the law of attraction plays right into our selfish desires and wants. It is all about me.

“Do not be deceived, God is not mocked; for whatever a man sow, that he will also reap. For he who sows to his flesh will of the flesh reap corruption, but he who sows to the Spirit will of the Spirit reap everlasting life.”

Galatians 6:7,8

Who is your God?

So,  what I want becomes my obsession and my god.  This is the law of attraction and the doctrine taught in secret societies summed up in one sentence. The truth is, the law of attraction is far more than a new-age self-improvement theory. It is a religion.

” No one can serve two masters, since either he will hate one and love the other, or he will be devoted to one and despise the other. You cannot serve both God and money.” (Matthew 6:24).

I cannot be my own master and be a servant of Christ. Many of us fall into this trap because we are not content and think we deserve more. We see someone who is more talented and successful and want what they have.

God promises to supply all of our needs, not all of our wants. But then, Satan comes along and convinces us that God is withholding something from us. So it boils down to if we trust God or not.

What we deserve is hell.

What God has provided us with is eternal life through His Son Jesus Christ. And He has-

given us everything we need for life and godliness.”

2 Peter 1:3

I spent years learning about the law of attraction, and I did learn some helpful things. But more than that, it opened my eyes to see who is behind it all and where it leads. The notion that we can “manifest” anything and everything we want is not what God has called us to do or be. Many have sold out their soul to have temporary wealth, fame, and power. In the end, it profits nothing apart from Christ. Jesus said;

“For whoever wants to save his life will lose it, but whoever loses his life because of me will find it. For what will it benefit someone if he gains the whole world yet loses his life?”

Matthew 16:25,26

I would strongly warn against messing around with the law of attraction and highly recommend the truth of God’s word.

“All humanity is grass, and all its goodness is like the flower of the field. The grass withers, the flowers fade when the breath of the Lord blows on them; indeed the people are grass. The grass withers,  the flowers fade, but the word of our God remains forever.”

Isiah 40:6-8
